Evan was elected to the Committee in 2015.

Evan has enjoyed the highs and lows of being a racehorse owner and in particular the journey of The Wingman, a regular Pakenham Cup contestant.

Evan follows in the footsteps of his late grandfather Norman Noel Webster, who was a founding Pakenham Racing Club Committee Member.
