Vice Chairman

Rick was elected to the Committee in 2008. Rick was elected Vice Chairman in March 2018.

Rick is the Sole Director of Tyrrell Accounting Services in Pakenham. The practice employs 5 full-time and 2 part-time staff. Previously Rick worked at Patison & Partners in Warragul.

He completed a Bachelor of Business – Accounting and holds his CPA. A qualified tax agent Rick is also a member of the National Tax & Accountants Association.

Rick has been a member of the Pakenham Racing Club for over 20 years, has owned horses and is a proud sponsor of the Club.

Specializing in financial management, Rick’s focus is on the prudent management of the Club’s financial affairs and providing members with a premium racing product. The Club is a large multi-million dollar business and the Committee requires a strong mix of skills to manage a very broad agenda.
